Office Administrator

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Office Administrator will be providing support to the team members as well as coordinating services for Clients and rosters for staff.
Main Duties
Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to;
Engaging with Staff, Clients, their supports and 3rd party organisations in a professional manner;
Undertaking work in line with the company policies, procedures, and values;
Meeting with and engaging new clients to expand the business platform;
Uses computer to enter data related to clients and staff and use different office programs and outlook for emails;
Organising appointments with Clients and Staff;
Filling Clients related forms and updating their details on the clients management software;
Handling customer service calls and concerns in an efficient and professional manner;
Maintaining a tidy, hygienic and hospitable practice environment;
Ensuring critical paperwork is completed by clients and their carers;
Liaison with other services / agencies / clinicians on behalf of the clinical team;
Supporting the clinical team by ensuring files are available when needed and stored appropriately at other times;
Paper and electronic file management;
Stocktake of office supplies;
Using billing systems to submit invoices;
Performing all office management / organisation / administration duties.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide assessments, interventions and speech therapy to children and adults with adiverse range of disabilities
Visit homes, childcare centres and school environments to provide inclusive models of practice
Help clients to set and attain individual goals under their NDIS plan
Promote health and safety concepts
Detect signs of developmental disorders, ill health, or emotional disturbance
Assess clients with swallowing issues and producing Mealtime Management Plans

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Occupational Therapists shall assess functional limitations of people resulting from illnesses and disabilities and provide therapy to enable people to perform their daily activities and occupations.
Main Duties
assessing clients' emotional, behavioural, developmental, and physical capabilities using clinical observations and standardised tests
assessing clients' functional potential in their home, leisure, work and school environments, and recommending environmental adaptations to maximise their performance
planning and directing programs through the use of vocational, recreational, remedial, social and educational activities on an individual and group basis
providing advice to family members, carers, employers and teachers about adapting clients' home, leisure, work and school environments
recommending adaptive equipment, such as wheel chairs and splints, to assist clients to overcome their functional limitations
working with other Health Professionals in overall case management of clients
working with other professionals in providing specialist advice to specific client groups such as those requiring driver rehabilitation, third-party compensation and medico-legal representation
recording clients' progress and maintaining professional relationships in accordance with relevant legislative requirements and ethical guidelines
Producing reports on Client’s progress and ongoing needs as per NDIS requirements.

NDIS Psychologist Position Available

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Psychologist / Behaviour Therapist / Social Worker shall implement high quality behaviour analysis and support sessions in a NDIS Participant's home, day care or school. This includes both structured and naturalistic teaching implementing any required Behaviour Intervention Plans. Clinician also shall work closely with families, caregivers and other allied health professionals who may be involved in the support of an individual.
Main Duties
Promoting the physical and emotional well-being of people with disabilities;
Undertaking developmental and functional behavioural assessment
Using evidence-based intervention to address behavioural issues with people with disabilities;
Teaching functional life skills including social, communication, self-care, daily living, recreation, and employment;
Providing case management, specialist support coordination, and counselling supports to people with disabilities;
Assisting people with a disability to set and attain individual goals;
Working and liaising with families, service providers, allied health professionals, and community members to enhance the choice, social inclusion and quality of life for people with disability;
Facilitating self-advocacy and / or advocate on behalf of people with disabilities;
Helping families, caregivers and individuals with disability understand the impact of disability on a person’s daily functioning;
Planning activities to develop creativity and an interest in learning, physical skills, social skills and self-confidence using a variety of equipment and materials;
Collecting data about clients and assessing their cognitive, behavioural and emotional Disorders;
Consulting with other professionals on details of cases and treatment plans;
Promoting health and safety concepts;
Detecting signs of behavioural disorders, developmental disorders, ill health or emotional Disturbance;
Observing, assessing and recording each child's development and learning;
Maintaining records of Client progress session by session;
Regular reporting on Client’s progress and give recommendation on the ongoing needs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this role is to provide support coordination to NDIS participants and assist them in achieving the goals set out in their NDIS plans.
Main Duties
Working with participants to achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plan;
Using a coaching approach to assist participants in capacity building;
Maintaining accurate and up to date case notes on participants progress;
Ensuring Work Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to;
Engaging with participants, their supports and 3rd party organisations in a professional manner;
Undertaking work in line with the company policies, procedures and values;
Complying with all relevant legislation and codes of conduct;
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the NDIS systems and practices;
Maintaining clear professional boundaries with participants;
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of local services and organisations customers can utilise;
Engaging and coordinating service providers on behalf of participants and link participants to relevant providers;
Meeting with and engaging participants to develop and refine their goals;
Engage participants informal supports (family, carers, Etc.);
Working with participants to help build their own capacity and independence;
Building knowledge of local services and organisations participants can utilise;
Engaging with NDIA staff;
Produce NDIS reports on the ongoing needs of the participants.
