North Sydney is one of the broadest and most varied regions we cover — from the Lower North Shore around Mosman, Neutral Bay and Chatswood, up through the Upper North Shore around Turramurra and St Ives, out to the Northern Beaches from Manly to Palm Beach, and across to the Ryde corridor around Macquarie Park and Epping. In suburbs like Mosman, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, North Sydney, Crows Nest, Chatswood, Lane Cove and Willoughby, our support workers help with daily living, personal care and community participation, alongside allied health services including occupational therapy, psychology and behaviour support, in person or by telehealth.

Northern Beaches. From Manly and Dee Why down to Collaroy, Narrabeen, Mona Vale, Avalon and Palm Beach, participants often build community participation goals around the area's beaches, parks and community centres. Getting around this stretch of coastline can mean longer drive times between suburbs, so we plan support schedules around realistic travel rather than just proximity on a map.

Upper North Shore. Around Turramurra, Pymble, St Ives, Wahroonga, Gordon, Killara, Lindfield and Hornsby, many of the families we support are coordinating NDIS services alongside school, therapy and extracurricular commitments — our support coordinators help fit everything together rather than leaving participants to manage it all themselves.

Ryde and Epping corridor. In Ryde, Eastwood, Epping, Carlingford, Macquarie Park, Gladesville and Hunters Hill, proximity to the Metro and train lines means many participants combine in-person support with telehealth appointments for allied health.
