Sydney City NDIS Providers
BuildKare NDIS supports participants living and working across Sydney's CBD and inner-city suburbs — from The Rocks, Barangaroo and Haymarket through to Surry Hills, Redfern, Newtown, Pyrmont and Zetland. Inner-city living has its own rhythm: higher-density housing, apartment living, public transport as the default rather than a car, and services often packed close together but not always easy to access without support.

Our team helps with daily living and personal care, community participation, transport and access support, and support coordination for participants navigating plans in a part of Sydney where NDIS-registered providers and allied health clinics are relatively plentiful — the challenge is usually knowing which ones actually fit a person's goals, not finding options at all. We also connect participants with occupational therapy, psychology and behaviour support, in person or by telehealth.

For participants in apartment buildings or share housing around Zetland, Waterloo, Redfern and Erskineville, our support coordinators can also help think through practical questions like home modifications, accessible transport options, and how NDIS supports fit alongside public housing or strata arrangements — questions that come up often in dense inner-city living but aren't always covered by generic NDIS information.

We currently support NDIS participants across Sydney CBD, The Rocks, Barangaroo, Millers Point, Dawes Point, Haymarket, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Chippendale, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Glebe, Newtown, Erskineville, Alexandria, Redfern, Waterloo, Zetland, Rosebery, Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Woolloomooloo and the surrounding inner-city suburbs listed below.

I live in an apartment in the inner city — does that change what NDIS supports I can access?

Not usually, though it can affect things like home modifications or equipment. Our support coordinators can talk through what's realistic for your specific living situation.

Do you offer telehealth for allied health appointments?

Yes, many of our occupational therapy and psychology sessions are available by telehealth, which can suit the pace of inner-city life.
