Support Coordination

Our support coordination services at BuildKare NDIS are designed to assist participants in getting the most out of their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans. 

Our coordinators assist in navigating the wide variety of services that are accessible by offering expert direction. They also make certain that each service is ideally aligned with the individuals who are participating in the programme. This kind of strategic planning is necessary in order to achieve long-term success and contentment.

The development of a supportive relationship that gives participants the ability to take responsibility for their own treatment is our primary goal. 

In order to ensure that all of the supports are cohesive and highly successful, our coordinators make contacts with the service providers for each participant on continuous basis to coordinate supports and provide careful supervision of supports provided by each
